table nine are a band from Leicester, UK.
They have been together for about seven years now, since meeting at Leicester University.
They have played far and wide - over 150 gigs to date. They have played London, Birmingham, Broadstairs Folk Festival, Togfest, Summer Sundae. They have supported Tom Pacheco, ColvinQuarmby, The Bushburys, Jezz Lowe, Keith Donnelly, Talon, Sarah Sharpe, Kate Campbell, Bryter Layter. They have released three critically acclaimed albums, Cat Fish Shoe (2002), Clocktower (2004), and Everything I Thought I Knew (2006).
They have toured extensively with Talon on their Better Than Before Tour, and they played to adoring crowds in England, Scotland, and Wales.
Ben and Steve are also the "Paul" and "Art" in the Simon and Garfunkel tribute act, The Sounds of Simon.
In short, they are table nine, and are a firm favourite with audiences up and down the country.
